As a professional dancer, Anita started taking ashatanga yoga classes in 2011 to improve my flexibility. Quickly, she began to experience the profound healing effects of yoga. Through consistent practice, she discovered that it facilitated a harmonious balance between my body and soul.
Since 2019, Anita have been sharing my passion for yoga by teaching both group and private classes to individuals of all ages, including children and adults. It brings her immense gratitude to guide diverse individuals through the enriching world of yoga. In October 2016, she ventured to the Himalayas and immersed myself in a transformative experience within a small Buddhist community in Bir Billing. During this month-long journey, she participated in an inversion course conducted by the Arya Marga Yoga Institute.
She started ballet at the age of four and became a professional dancer by the time she reached twenty years of age.
Most of my performances were in Budapest, although she was privileged to engage in performance tours across various international destinations including New York, Copenhagen, Berlin or Sarajevo.
In Budapest Anita performed in most of the mayor theatres in dance like the Hungarian State Opera House, Müpa, National Dance Theatre. She got to try myself at all sorts of dance styles, from intense contemporary moves to getting creative with puppetry.
