En kjempefin m\u00e5te for mor \u00e5 samle seg p\u00e5, b\u00e5de fysisk og mentalt i en tid som b\u00e5de er s\u00e5rbar og utrolig vakker p\u00e5 samme tid. I tillegg vil vi fokusere p\u00e5 \u00f8velser som vil gj\u00f8re godt for stive skuldre, rygg og nakke, omr\u00e5der som stivner litt til i denne perioden av livet. Alle timer avsluttes med en dyp og god avspenning, gjerne ammende.<br \/>\n\u00d8velser vi g\u00e5r gjennom er lett \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re p\u00e5 egenh\u00e5nd hjemme om eller n\u00e5r man skulle \u00f8nske det. Timen er rettet for mor og baby fra ca.6 uker til krabbe-stadiet.
