Meditasjonen er kroppsorientert, det vil si at du kan l\u00e6re \u00e5 kjenne hele kroppen b\u00e5de p\u00e5 innsiden og utsiden. Og ved hjelp av pusten slappe av i kropp og sinn. Stress over tid og vonde f\u00f8lelser som ikke bearbeides, setter seg fast i kroppen, og p\u00e5 sikt kan dette f\u00f8re til fysisk smerte og sykdom. Nyere forskning viser at regelmessig meditasjon kan gi bedre helse, klarhet og indre fred.<\/p>\n<p>Den eneste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 forst\u00e5 betydningen av meditasjon, er gjennom praksis. Vanen med \u00e5 sette av en liten stund hver dag til meditasjon, er vanskelig i v\u00e5rt travle liv, hvor mye handler om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re og prestere. Men vi trenger \u00e5 ta pauser, for \u00e5 samle krefter. Meditasjon handler om tilstedev\u00e6relse her og n\u00e5, uten et tankekj\u00f8r.<\/p>\n<p>Stines intensjon er at meditasjon kan bli en kraft som f\u00f8rer til positive endringer for deg. Meditasjon kan gi bedre helse, klarhet, indre fred, tilfredshet, stilne tanke surr og gi \u00f8kt kroppslig ro.<br \/>\nFor \u00e5 f\u00e5 denne virkningen er det n\u00f8dvendig \u00e5 praktisere regelmessig. Det er lurt \u00e5 starte forsiktig og legge grunnlag for en praksis som er overkommelig. V\u00e6r t\u00e5lmodig med deg selv, s\u00e6rlig i begynnelsen. Det kan ta en stund f\u00f8r man kommer inn i det. Kanskje dette kan hjelpe deg til \u00e5 komme i gang med en meditasjonspraksis. Det gjelder \u00e5 ta sm\u00e5 skritt, og etablere noe som er b\u00e6rekraftig.
