Hun begynte \u00e5 praktisere yoga for f\u00f8rste gang allerede i videreg\u00e5ende skole, da ble hun introdusert til hatha yoga. Agnieszka har utforsket yoga og forskjellige yogastiler i noen \u00e5r, har undervist yoga for studiekammerater og endte opp med bacheloroppgave om yogafilosofi, da hun studerte pedagogikk. Hennes forhold til yoga har v\u00e6rt av og p\u00e5 i noen \u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>I voksen alder begynte hun \u00e5 studere psykologi, mens hun jobbet og var alenemor. Agnieszka fant ut veldig fort at det var en krevende periode i hennes liv, med mye stress og pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 finne balanse ved \u00e5 meditere. Hun ble oppslukt i mindfulness tiln\u00e6rming, har g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 MBSR kurs(Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) MBCL (Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living) MBCT(Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy). For Agnieszka er Yoga meditasjon i bevegelse og det praktiserer hun ofte. Hun har g\u00e5tt p\u00e5 l\u00e6rerutdanning i Bali Yoga School i multistyle yoga 200 RYT. Hatha, Yin yoga, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, og opplever at kjennskapen til variasjonen av yogastiler gj\u00f8r at man kan velge ut fra dagsbehovet. Agnieszka pleier ogs\u00e5 \u00e5 bruke yoga og pranayama i sin jobb innen psykisk helse med bl.a. selvutviklings workshop om selvkritikk hvor hun bruker yoga og meditasjon som pauser mellom de teori bolkene med mentale \u00f8velser.
