Etter h\u00f8yere utdannelse, 3 barn, flere krevende jobber og et h\u00f8yt stress niv\u00e5 \u00f8nsket hun \u00e5 fordype seg i b\u00e5de l\u00e6ring og praksis og tok derfor l\u00e6rerutdannelse i yoga 200t med Alexander Medin. I dag kombinerer hun jobben som Yoga l\u00e6rer med jobb innen HR &#038; Organisasjon i helsebransjen og f\u00f8ler dette gir henne en godt balansert hverdag.<\/p>\n<p>For Silje er yoga med p\u00e5 \u00e5 gi indre ro, fokusere p\u00e5 pusten og stresse ned. Det \u00e5 gj\u00f8re jevnlig yoga gj\u00f8r at jeg f\u00f8ler meg mer balansert, jeg blir i bedre hum\u00f8r, f\u00f8ler meg klarere og skarpere, takler bedre stress og er mer avslappet som person. Det gir henne en balanse mellom kropp og sinn og det hjelper \u00e5 holde kroppen smidig og sterk og f\u00e5 en bedre helse, fysisk og psykisk. Jeg f\u00f8ler en harmoni mellom meg og omverden n\u00e5r jeg gj\u00f8r yoga. Yoga hjelper meg med \u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 det som er her og n\u00e5, gj\u00f8r meg mindre rastl\u00f8s og det gj\u00f8r at jeg jobber med t\u00e5lmodigheten min. Jeg kjenner ogs\u00e5 veldig p\u00e5 det \u00e5 v\u00e6re takknemlig for det jeg har og mindre drag mot det ytre og de materielle lystene. Jeg vil t\u00f8rre \u00e5 p\u00e5st\u00e5 at jeg mestrer b\u00e5de jobb og hverdagsliv bedre med enn uten yoga. Jeg f\u00f8ler meg rett og slett som en bedre utgave av meg selv, en bedre mamma til tre, kone, venn og kollega.<\/p>\n<p>Det yogiske levesettet og yoga filosofien samt Ayurveda i kombinasjon med annen forskning p\u00e5 dette omr\u00e5det har gitt meg mer innsikt i mat, helse, levesett og skj\u00f8nnhetsrutiner.
